As Salaam U Alaikum

Please find yourself a job. Do job in the morning, and MBA in the evening.

You can enroll in mba executive which is on weekends and continue to look for job in the day time. Finding recruitment agencies and head hunters is a good option. Depends on which city you are in. There are plenty of jobs for engineers out there in the entire world, you just have to make the effort to look, nothing comes to those that dont make the effort. As for MBA yes every engineer in their career come to a point where an MBA degree gets them the knowledge which a bachelors in engineering does not get. It equips them better to work in the corporate sector. There are companies out there looking for good engineers, your interview skills may have to be further developed. so google online to find out how you can do that.

Good Luck.

MBA is not right for you at this stage, do MSc in Petroleum & Gas or some other field related to it.

Good Luck!
