The first thing you need to do is check the availability of accounting majors for bachelors programs in the mentioned universities, second thing you need to do is check the origin of these programmes, their history and research on how these batches are now doing. Once you have done that, check to see if either of them is offering a degree with double major accounting & finance- this would be ideal.

Furthermore, rankings of these universities depends on partly HEC rankings you can google as well as what graduate batches have to say with ref to the job market.

Exemptions in all these universities depends on their own policies, if your question was about exemptions after bachelors program in case you pursue ACCA, then only these universities can tell you whether the degree in their university will earn you such an exemptions, these things depend on relationships with universities local and global, as well as economic trends.

Regardless, if you are pursuing an accounting degree, you should definitely go for ACCA and if you still want to figure out your path, then go for an accounting & finance degree, if finance is your thing go for it. CFA certification in the future will earn you the highest paid jobs in the world at the moment.

 Best of luck.

AOA,
Sorry for the late reply. I could not not understand your question? Instead I have few questions. As we know, we want exemptions when we do not want to learn or repeat already learned subjects. ACCA has its own list of approved learning partners you need to check the list from the ACCA website. You could also find a list of tuition providers as well. I would like to suggest you please explore ACCA web site and also web sites of other institutes (you have mentioned in your email)  Unfortunately, I have found only one institute KnS Institute of Business studies Karachi. You can contact Mr. Hamza Abdul Haq, hamzaabdulhaq@hotmail.com. However, they do not offer BS accounting but they are in ACCA list. Every institute has its own admission officer/ program coordinator so go online find their contact numbers.Ask questions via email or phone. They can give you updated information. I would like to suggest you to either meet in person or phone them. Write your question and draft what you want to say before contacting them. It will not only help to develop you confidence to meet and contact new people. Do not hesitate to ask questions.  All the best

Faisal Ayub

Different universities and institutes give different exemptions. and the best way to know this to go to the website of the specific university or institute to get the exact information.
