You should do BBA Entrepreneurship

Do not discontinue your education. Do your BBA

Your current fields of study and in future you have to run your family business. BBA is good option in which you will study business courses, management courses, finance courses and IT courses too and in BBA you have to choose specialization in any field offered by your university/institute. University name and its rank matters a lot. IOBM and SZABIST both are old institutes and their degree is recognized and students are working in good organization. IBA is best business school of Pakistan but you missed that opportunity. KITE is new institute; you will be in pioneer batch if you take admission there. Faculty members and management will take time to get mature. BBA with Entrepreneurship is best but i suggest you to take admission in IOBM or SZABIST. They have good faculty and strong management and help you in grooming your personality. Your exposure and seeing things differently perspective will be enhanced.

Best of Luck!

BBA entrepreneurship is a better option since it would help you more than a simple BBA. IBA was a good option, but since the admissions are closed, you should go SZABIST.  It has a good ranking in terms of business and management studies.

According to higher Education Commission, SZABIST stands 6th in business education and institute of business management has secured 11 positions. In another rating SZABIST stands 3rd among top 10 Pakistani universities for BBA and MBA. I could not find KITE in any listing. Moreover, the courses offered by KITE or not up to the mark. They are offering ordinary combinations. SZABIST’s BBA program not only covers all the subject areas but it also offers 6 months internship. Their list of electives is also very impressive. SZABIST BBA is much better than KITE.” BBA ENTREPRENEURSHIP” is just a persuasive name of a program. If we compare IOBM, they do offer BBA(hons), internship and placements and nice combination but  I will give 5 starts to SZABIST , 3 stars to IOBM and 1 to KITE.

As you have mentioned that you want to continue and expand your father’s business, so I would suggest you don’t need to do BBA entrepreneurship from KITE. You need to learn business strategies, marketing and sales, advertising and communications, product innovation and design, how to explore new markets and potential growth for your business, labor laws and management etc. It means a BBA degree with highly diverse courses and field experience through internship.

Please go for IBA or SZABIST.

I don’t recommend BBA or MBA as this degree has proved to be useless and over rated. I recommend Economics or Accounting for you.

Good Luck!
