You have number of options, you can do BS in International Relations, Defense and strategic studies(DSS), political science. English is also a good option. The other optional subjects can be current affairs, psychology etc, but it highly depends on your interests. There are many universities that have established departments. You haven’t mentioned your region you belong to, so it’s difficult for me to tell which university you can get into.

If you want to go for CSS then political science and history is the best for selection

Future is in Science, in Public or Private sectors. I recommend CS, Mechanical, Biotechnology etc. Do your BSc from Govt. University and try for foreign scholarship.

Secure your future and attempt for CSS also on the way.

 Good Luck!
